Responsibilities
As co-founder and Executive Vice-President/Chief Operating Officer, Charles M. Aguilar II is actively involved in the daily activities, business development and operational management of the firm for both its Clark and Cebu site operations. Charles guides his team on the strategic planning and execution of the company business plans.
Experience
Charles M. Aguilar II co-founded Charles Aerospace Industries in 2018. From 2012 until 2017 he served as Accountable Manager for Airworthy International an FAA approved Repair Station in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City. As Accountable Manager for Airworthy, Charles performed a dual role of Regional Sales Director and Operations Manager. Airworthy International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Airworthy Aerospace based in Wisconsin, USA. At Airworthy, Charles provided a personalized customer service to his clients in the local aerospace industry by partnering with them at the onset of service quotation all the way to product delivery. Prior to Airworthy, Charles got his start venturing in the business world when he established Press ‘N Edge Canvas and Upholstery which later operated under the name of Cardee Leather seat and Upholstery in Las Pinas City. In addition to venturing in business, Charles worked for nine years as Engineer IV, Mechanical Unit at the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) headquarters in Pasay City.
Education
Charles M. Aguilar II has an MBA degree from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. Charles holds a Professional License as a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
