We can provide short-run, quick turn-around, custom thermoform molding. Proto-types can be generated rapidly and accurately. We place the mold in a vacuum forming machine along with a polystyrene sheet above it. The polystyrene is then heated to form to the shape of the mold. Our capabilities include: (a) mold finished goods up to 36″ x 36″ and (b) vacuum and pressure forming service. We will partner with you to understand your specific needs and then create a custom product. Attention to detail is key at every step.
